This is a 3+1 bedroom home that can sleep 6 (plus children on bunk and trendle beds) with 4.5 baths. The property sits on 6ac within a gated vineyard with the back of the house overlooking a 3ac pond. The house has been recently remodeled and upgraded. It features 5 flat screen TVs, hot tub, heated pool, bocce ball court, fire pit and wood burning BBQ and "Green Eff". The living room encompasses a wall length accordion door that provides a fell of indoor/outdoor living.
The property is ideally located to the Healdsburg square about 10 minutes away and is surrounded by great vineyards and wineries including J, Rodney Strong, Roth, Chalk Hill, etc.
The two upstairs bedrooms have full baths - one with a King overlooking the pond and vineyard; the second bedroom with a newly remodeled bathroom and bunk bed as well as a trucel bed ideally suited for children.
The MBR suite is very spacious with shower, tub, and adjoining sunroom.
There is also a "guest room" right off the front door, which features a king sized bed with firm foam mattresss, an armoir, dresser and a newly remodeled full bath (with shower).
Internet and wireless WiFi is available throughout the house.
The pool is not heated (yet) but swimmable many months of the year via solar cover.

Gorgeous Home!

We just got back from staying 5 nights in July. The house is huge and very nicely appointed! The kitchen has new appliances and a stocked pantry. The Master Bedroom on the first floor is a generous size, along with a big bathroom that looks into a sunroom. The upstairs features the other two formal bedrooms, including one with a step-out balcony that looks out over the pool and pond. I only wish that balcony was larger and you could sit out there! I may never have left! The grounds are expansive. We really enjoyed the pool and walking along the Chardonnay vineyard next door. It's remote enough to enjoy the silence, but all of 5 minutes from a shopping center with a Safeway and CVS. It's also about 8 minutes from Healdsburg, which you'll find is a great town to go shopping and dining. Additionally, Healdsburg has several tasting rooms where you can sample local wines. Siduri is highly recommended. This house had plenty of space for 4 people and is especially nice if you like sitting outdoors on the patio or by the pool. There was a Sonos music system both inside and outside that was free to use with already paid subscriptions. Full wireless and satellite were also provided. We didn't use the hot tub, but it looked clean and seemed to be the right temperature. We would DEFINITELY rent this house again. The homeowner is VERY responsive to any questions you have. I received a call back from him within an hour or so when I had a question about the AC system. It was the perfect stay! Thanks to Mike to making such a great place available and for being so accessible!!

Amazing Property

Five family members, including myself, stayed at Mike and Pat Looney's home from July 1st-5th, 2017. Mike was an excellent communicator before, during, and after our visit. Both Mike and Pat are generous and thoughtful hosts, and they worked to make our entire stay stress-free. Their house is aesthetically beautiful, very clean, and comfortable, and we didn't find ourselves needing anything as it is equipped with everything we could possibly want. We enjoyed the pool, the beautiful views, the fully-stocked kitchen, and all the amenities. We enjoyed seeing deer on our walks and runs, as well as other wildlife. We had a wonderful time and hope to return in the future.

Memorial weekend 2016

This property is absolutely beautiful! The pictures represent it well but don't really do it justice. It was immaculate, the lay-out is perfect and the kitchen is a cooks dream. We initially planned to go the Bottlerock music festival but when we got to the house it was so nice we decided to just stay there. The patio with the pool and pond is so relaxing. I would definitely stay at this property again and would highly recommend it!

A slice of wine country heaven

It's all true. This beautiful home is nestled on a hillside, surrounded by a vineyard, and next to beautiful pond. You are close to town, but feel a million miles away. In the evenings, we relaxed on the patio, enjoying the setting sun over the pond and oaks, (with a glass of wine of course,) as the ducks made their evening commute across the pond. The owners have clearly put much work into this home recently (new floors, finishes etc.) so I would recommend it for those seeking more of a mature, relaxing vacation and not a party weekend. :) The furnishings are lovely but comfortable, an elegant farmhouse feel. All bedrooms are en suite, which is always a nice touch as well. The kitchen remodel was not yet finished when we were there, so I look forward to returning to see the finished design someday! The owners are friendly, helpful and were always available for questions.
