"We had a wonderful “getaway” long weekend here. The carriage house is perfect for a couple. The bed was super comfortable for me ( my husband thought it was a bit firm for his liking, but he prefers a soft mattress). The amenities were perfect. I wanted to try to smuggle the bedroom armchair home, it was so beautiful, but I think Hunter might notice, lol! The location was perfect, right across the street from Edenton Bay. If you get the chance, take Captain Mark’s boat ride for more historical information and great views."
