"The view was very nice of the beach however the room itself was outdated and needs updates. The coach was ripped with stuffing coming out, the shower had an old faucet and the water would only stay hot for a short period and then it would change to lukewarm. The mattress was very squeaky and uncomfortable. Overall it was clean but needs updates. "

"The room was great. Very clean and up to date. We had a great view of the marina and the ocean. Might need to mention that this particular building only has stairs. There was an issue with a faulty structure that could had been handled much better but overall good."

"This place needs an entire makeover. The staff were super nice and the views were beautiful. It’s in a great location but the rooms are run down. The free kayaks and bikes were in terrible condition and the pool was dirty and had many visible concrete holes on the bottom. The WiFi and ice machine were both not working and the water pressure was almost nonexistent. "

"This is a really great place to stay with families! it's clean, relaxing, quiet, and the staff was great! We stayed in a townhouse. Parts of it were a bit dated, but clean. Watch out for the stupid rocks they have placed out front when you check in (which need to be removed). We saw someone get their car hung up on them. Otherwise, great place! "

"So I did like our stay. However, we didn’t sleep great because the air conditioner is right at the foot of the master bedroom and it blows wind in your face constantly. We reached out to the property manager and he didn’t help us because it was broken and wouldn’t work the way intended. So overall we would stay again but this trip we just didn’t get enough rest. "

"Shower was covered in mold/hair(had to clean ourselves), suite was carpeted and filthy, pool was dirty, had to beg for clean towels- ended up washing them on our own using washer/dryer that was $6/load, poor water pressure in shower, and faucets in bathroom were too short for sinks making it nearly impossible to be effective. The only thing it’s missing is a good sandy beach. Unfortunately the weather didn’t cooperate for us to go snorkeling or enjoy all the available water toys."

"This place is very unique! I loved the colorful cottages right on the beach! The historical site took me back to the 70s! The bed was really comfortable and the room was clean. Walking distance to many restaurants.Also, enjoyed the free kayak/paddle boards for paddling around the bay!"

"This was a wonderful place to stay in Islamorada! The staff was super helpful and friendly. They allow dogs so we were able to bring our Maltipo. Pool, restaurant, roosters, all were perfect. You also get to go to their other properties which were amazing. Rooms were clean and very comfortable. Location is perfect! We are already planning our next trip. "
