"Through no fault of the hotel I arrived there at approximately half past midnight so reception staff were not available. I did encounter some difficulties using the online entry system, but I was extremely fortunate in being helped by two residents who were returning from a night out. I award them 5 stars for helpfulness!"

"Great location by the train station, lovely welcome from the guys at reception, spotlessly clean room and hotel, for someone like myself with a disability it was perfect, lift and the room was great with lots if space, the bathroom was great, i am an amputee so an accessible bathroom can make or break a holiday, thus hotel made it, the bathroom was perfect"
