"The location it’s centric, a lot of places around to dinner and nearly to Universal and Volcano Bay. The price are good."

"The clerk showed me a little map that show two elevators to get to the 4th floor. Wrong only one. I bought insurance to cover leaving early but in checking out the clerk didn’t know how to apply it so I’ll probably be charged another night. I had the same towels and wash cloth for the entire stay. Pop machine didn’t work."

"apparently this location is also renting long term and they've had problems with folks not paying. so you get to fill out approximately 7 pages of information such as #1, VIN # on your car??? In case you don't pay they can put a lean on your vehicle!!!"

"The place was not as the picture show this place is more a shelter than a motel it smalls bad like mold tubs were dirty the pool area needs a lot of maintenance furniture is old and dirty the place needs a lot of work."

"It's just REALLY old and run down. Looks like people live there permanetly. Two old cars in the parking lot that look like they don't run. Room was clean but beds are old and lumpy.Towels weren't fresh."

"There was mold on the bathroom ceiling, and holes in the sheets that looked like mice and cigarette burns, and the place reeked of cigarette smoke."

"The only thing to like is that it is somewhat secluded and quiet. It is unsafe, uncomfortable, and outdated. It was a horrible experience from the beginning. We had to pay for the whole stay since day 1. The hotel is very old with light switches that don't work and lamps without lightbulbs. It has a look from the 50s and the furniture and decor definitely looks like it has been there since the beginning. That is not the biggest issue though. We had a bag of Disney T-shirts stolen from our room!...
