"Overall we had an amazing time. The people who Checked us in and out were professional. The room was clean and comfortable. Bathrooms clean as well. We had a situation where we forgot our Tempur-pedic pillows in our room after check out. We went to the lobby and kindly asked if we would go back to look for our pillows and they quickly provided us with a key for us to go back into the room.
