"From the moment we arrived we were made to feel so welcome. The staff here really go out of their way to make you feel special. Special mention to the concierge who showed us round the hotel who made us chuckle with his witty comments and the lady on reception who checked us in with a glass of Prosecco . The man who greets you in the car park was lovely, and guided us to a parking spot. He even knew our name! We had a reservation at the hotel restaurant, Mizumi as it was my husband’s birthday....
