"I had 7 rooms booked for my touring band. We checked in late (after 11pm) after our show near Pittsburgh. Debbie, behind the desk for the night shift, was awesome, friendly, and helpful, when checking us in late in the evening. She was also quite sociable (and funny) while a few of us hung out in the lobby, late night. The rooms were fine. Clean and comfortable. In the morning, my phone started blowing up with texts from my band members saying there was no hot water. Several members called the front desk but there was no answer. When we met in the lobby to check out, we were told there was a power outage and that the heater takes time to get going. I understand things happen, but the 2nd most important purpose of a hotel stay is getting a decent shower before you leave and that didn't happen. "

"Be mindful when booking. Not all rooms are reflective of the photos. Our room was “not updated yet”. Carpets were covered in stains, some pretty gnarly ones. TV in room did not work. Shower was covered in black discoloration. "

"We were looking forward to using the pool but found out when we arrived that renovations onsite would not avail us of that easy option. Our room was great, it's just the general reception area that was unfinished. "
