"Everything about our trip was lovely. Except the room we were given. Our room 17 located at the back of the building above the kitchen. The noise of the air con units from the kitchen started work about 4am. There was no air con in the room and it was extremely warm in there. We couldn’t open the windows because of the noise. Phylis Court is a lovely place to stay if you don’t have this type of room. The service is above and beyond the location is delightful and so near the town "

Allowed us an early check in, which was appreciated. We did have an issue where we were woken up around midnight with the lights flickering on and off, a smell of electrical wires burning and a sound of electric arcing. My room was comfortable, clean and had everything I needed, but there is a noisy pump to give sufficient water pressure for all the showers, which annoyed me and woke me up - however you do get a very powerful shower!"
