"I love when after many hours driving I can sit in a hot tub and relax. I appreciate a clean place with friendly people and a nice atmosphere. This is the place. Breakfast was good. Everyone spoken with was wonderful."

"Had a great time here. Cheryl at the front desk was AWESOME! And idk how many cookies you’re allowed but I got two! Haha anyway, that was fun perk I had forgotten about with Doubletree. The hotel location is a bit interesting that said, lots to do around it! Room was really nice and I loved the color palette of the hotel. I booked it because I liked how different it was. Didn’t disappoint- would stay here again!"

"Below average rooms. Perhaps the heavy use by the various groups attending sporting events and conventions makes it difficult to keep the rooms in top working order. To be a Hyatt property the quality of the experience is way off. The common areas were nice enough, but the room itself was long past its prime. Banged up, roughed up, worn down/out. The only thing you get is location; unless you’re attending something at Rupp or the convention center there is no bang for your buck. Staff at registration truly struggled with their computer system which caused delay in getting checked in. Parking is very inconvenient especially if the weather isn’t perfect…crossing a busy roadway to your vehicle and a ticketing system that requires a validation every time you want to leave the property. A very poor overall experience for the price paid. Stay elsewhere if you’re seeking a quality experience. There’s certainly no luxury at this location."

"Though we booked a king and it still showed that there were 2 king rooms still two available, we were put into another room. The bed was very uncomfortable we would sink in the middle. There were two different hairs on sheets. There were markings in the bathroom. It goes on. We were very disappointed by our experience."

"We went for a girls trip on Memorial Day weekend the four of us. Looking at the website, we felt like this would be an excellent four star hotel. We got a room that had a balcony. The balcony was great. It was spacious and worth the extra cost except it had two like two person bed loungers, and one of them had no cushions on them so we could not use it. Not so bad so far, but then we go down to the pool and the hot tub was out of order… we’re still trying to stay positive at this point. So we decide to go outside and sit around one of them many fire pits they have. It was raining earlier in the day, but it was no longer raining or thundering. Weather was fine yet we were told that they’re not allowed to light the fire pits because of the weather. So then we decide to play cards in the lobby. Then all the firemen come in and the fire chief because a set of the elevators were not working. Thankfully, they got one set working so we didn’t have to go up five flights of stairs. Maybe one issue would’ve been fine but one after the other after the other, just got to be a bit much and I didn’t feel it was worth the $200 a night stay in addition to a $21 resort fee fee. I would not stay here again."
