Louella Clark Farm is well appointed, featuring two bedrooms, two bath and plenty of room to accommodate up to 5 people (and horse stables for your 4-legged friends). Play lawn games or huddle around the fire pit in the backyard, take in a game of billiards and darts in the on-site playroom or grill outdoors with the family. Enjoy the Tennessee countryside by relaxing on a porch swing with the crops swaying in the fields and a beautiful view of the best sunsets around!
Plenty of activities await you, including fishing, swimming and boating on the local Tims Ford Lake just minutes away, check out nearby distillery tours in Lynchburg (Jack Daniels) and Tullahoma (George Dickel), go antiquing, shop in the quaint Winchester Square or hike the stone bluffs and waterfalls in nearby Sewanee. We are located right in the middle of Nashville (1:30min) and Chattanooga (45min) if your looking for city life.

Lovely Farmhouse Stay

We would definitely return to this property! The home was extremely clean and tidy and had charming decor. We felt very much at home. The house had everything you might need for a stay and was in a peaceful neighborhood just outside of Winchester. There is a large grocery store minutes away, which was also very convenient.

Amazing Country Getaway

We recently stayed at Louella Clark and it was by far our favorite VRBO ever!! The house is absolutely charming and had everything we needed for relaxing and reconnecting with family along with having fun playing pool, darts, and games. Chantel is awesome and we're so glad we got to meet her. We're already discussing when we will be able to visit again because there's a lot more in the area we'd like to see.

Weekend retreat

Great property had everything we needed. Host was super to communicate with. Home was lovely and clean. We had family over for a birthday dinner and this was a perfect spot to gather and relax. Plenty of outdoor space for the kids and the fire pit area was perfect for relaxing in the evening.

Great family home

My family enjoyed this house very much! The game room had something for everyone, from playing pool, darts, and corn hole. In the evening we relaxed around the fire pit. My 8 year old niece loved playing with the neighbor’s black lab, Duke. We would definitely stay at this house again.

Lovely country getaway

We had a wonderful time at Chantel’s vacation home. The rental had everything we needed, and the setting was perfect. We enjoyed hanging out on the back porch that overlooked the vast, beautiful soybean field, and playing darts and pool in the rec room, as well as playing corn hole in the back yard.

Farm house visit

This property had it all if you’re looking for beautiful surroundings and peace and quite. Plus the house was well equipped with everything you needed! It was perfect for hooking up with other family that was an easy 15 mins away at Tim’s ford lake! I am sure we will be renting the farm again! Thank you for all the attention to details! Best experience ever!

We booked this darling place for our daughter’s graduation weekend at Sewanee University of the South and didn’t want to leave! We have stayed at many home rentals before but this one was one of our very favorites. Chantel was an amazing host and we loved everything about her beautiful home. We would HIGHLY recommend. Even though it was about 25 minutes to the university, it is such a beautiful drive you don’t even realize you have been on the road for that long.
