"The rental in located in downtown Milford, a small quaint New England town with well kept nicely lanscaped late 19th and early 20th century homes. It is very close to restaurants. We chose Grill 603 and Asanm for dinner. Both were very satisfactory but Ansam was Haitian, delightfully different! Saturday morning we breakfasted at the Cafe on the Oval which also earns our recommendation. We will likely stay here again."

"We just had an absolutely wonderful weekend stay at the apartment at Sweet Brier Farm! It was quiet, relaxing, comfortable, and well-equipped. We met the adorable farm animals, went in the hot tub, and had two AMAZING homemade breakfasts in the main house. Helen and Keith were so kind and made sure we promptly had everything we needed! We will definitely be staying here again!!!"

My daughter recently moved to the area and so I wanted to find a place that I hoped will become a home away from home for my husband and I whenever we visit, and we found it! The bed was comfortable. "This was a great place to stay for an extended weekend while attending a family event. Swanzey is literally 5 miles from from Keene, NH. The 2 bed upstairs unit offered plenty of seating in both the (very comfortable) living room and the nice sized (6 seat) dining room. The bedrooms were nearly identical and the Americana decor is fresh. The mattresses were comfortable. Having laundry available was a great relief. "We thoroughly enjoyed the spaciousness of this apartment. Plentiful amenities make it feel like a home away from home. Very comfortable beds. Multiple tables and abundant chairs for meals and board games. Lots of closet space. We cooked many of our meals in and enjoyed them in the comfort of the apartment which includes a full dining room. The hosts were attentive, helpful, and friendly. We’re looking forward to returning again in a couple months."
