"I come here every year. This is the first time I stayed at their property called the Neptune. When i first checked in the person at the counter checked me in asked if I wanted to upgrade my room for an ocean view room. At first I didn’t want to but then he took me to see the upgraded room and It was the best thing I did. I had the full view of the ocean and on the lower level! The room was fantastic and the house keeping ladies was wonderful! I will always book Neptune! But only if they have...

"Stayed for a short weekend and had a great experience. Staff was friendly and knowledgable. We were expected to have a late check in due to flight arrival and everything was set up very easily with a lock box. Location was the best part! Such easy access to the boardwalk, beach, and lots of bars/restaurants. "

"I would come back to the hotel, I just wish I didn’t have to deal several times with an older security man by the pool who constantly targeted me and my children due to them playing. He was ill mannered and several times scolded my children instead of speaking with me directly. Under no circumstances were my children acting inappropriately. Both times we left the pool for the beach because of the hostile environment that security guard put the guest under. However I do praise the parking...

"It was kind of hard to find where to check in, and the room was huge but not the cleanest but walking distance to beach and board walk"
