"Beautiful place! Charging for parking is absolutely ridiculous considering the price of the rooms. Charging for everything actually. No coffee, no breakfast, and the restaurant was very slow and expensive."

My room was comfortable, the design felt fresh, and the staff was consistently warm and professional."

"We enjoyed our stay at the Hotel Zero in Danbury, CT. The staff there was friendly, knowledgeable, and very helpful. The room itself was spacious and clean. There was also plenty of parking available in their large lot. In addition, the free Continental Breakfast was excellent. However, I did have one complaint.The toilet seat in the room’s bathroom was very low with no grab bars. As a 78 year old with back issues, it was really difficult for me to lift myself up. For our next stay in a few weeks, I requested a room that’s handicapped accessible to solve this issue."
