"There was no one at 5:30-6pm to check in. There was a note to call and someone did answer but seems very odd. Once in the room, discovered the refrigerator was full of water, there was chinese food leftover from a previous guest, there was what looked like a blood stain by the door (they did reply saying it was polish), there was a stain on the bedroom sheets on one bed, the vent in the bathroom was rattling terrible. The cart to bring luggage to the room was not working properly, the wheels were not moving well at all. I did send them an email immediately after talking to my husband, however by the time I received it they were sleeping. They did respond and offer a new room, but in all honesty this is extremely concerning and disturbing. This hotel needs to evaluate rooms, ensure they are clean and well maintained for guests."

"Stayed monthly for 4 years to visit granddaughters. Always got room 322 - staff was great. Watched young man behind the desk grow and attend college. Wouldn’t stay anywhere else!"

"Perfectly fine hotel but great staff! We were spending the night in River Falls for a concert and picked this hotel because it was very close to the venue. The hotel itself was exactly what we expected it to be, but I have to mention the great staff. The lady who checked us in was super friendly. When leaving the next morning, I had to chase down staff not once but twice because I left things in my room. The staff person couldn’t have been nicer helping me, never made me feel like I was a bother, even though I was 😬. We will definitely stay here again if we find ourselves in River Falls."
