Recently refreshed with new countertops and rich hickory flooring, the condo features an airy open-concept layout, vaulted ceilings, and an oversized private deck showcasing sweeping Teton views. Designed to maximize both gathering space and privacy, Aspens Loft offers a unique layout that comfortably accommodates multiple guests while maintaining a cozy mountain atmosphere.

- Please note: The loft is accessed via a narrow spiral staircase, which may not be suitable for all guests

While this condo does not have air conditioning, the cool mountain air usually keeps things comfortable. For a little extra airflow, each bedroom has its own fan.

Important Policies
- Exterior video monitoring may be present at building entrances or exterior common areas
- Pets are not permitted at Rendezvous Mountain Rentals short-term rental properties. Service dogs are allowed with prior notification and required paperwork
- Wyoming does not recognize Emotional Support Animals (ESAs) as service animals; property owners are not required to accept ESA documentation. Please contact our office for guidance
- Long-term rentals (30+ nights) require a lease agreement, security deposit, and are subject to homeowner approval
- Motorcycles, Trailers, and RVs are not permitted in the Aspens
- Electric vehicles are not permitted to be plugged into the parking lot outlets in the Aspens
