"Room and overall property was clean. But for some reason they cut their pillows in half, their internet is super slow."

"The location worked well for us. We were traveling with a small dog. There are plenty of food choices very close to hotel. The breakfast was very good and enough for everyone. If you need to be near Millington,TN for any reason this is a great place. I would use this hotel every time we are here."

"The property is just as relaxing & quiet as promised with not one, but two perfect porches! Leenie thought of everything to make our stay perfect! From comfy beds (the sheets are amazing!), to extra ice & chilled water ready for us-to actually taking the time to call some local restaurants so that we would know if they were open when we arrived on Easter Sunday!The home has ceiling fans throughout, a big smart TV, comfy couches, stools, and chairs. There’s even a desk where you could work if you wanted to. Leenie directed us to great local restaurants and things to do in Millington & Memphis.Thanks for letting visit if we ever visit Memphis again we will for sure stay here! "

"The man and woman running the place was very friendly and accommodating. We had the suite. It large and roomy. Comfortable. It is at the end of town, but it was across from a golf course so it was quiet. It is an older motel but it had everything we needed. Even chicken wings and pizza at the store next to it :). Would be great for a family or a small group. If u like out of the way. Bout 3 miles from eating and shopping. The next time I am in that area this is where I'm staying. I didn't even mind the drive back and forth to Memphis."

"My experience was good the staff were friendly and helpful when my flight was delayed to the next. Additionally the staff was helpful when I had key card issues. Overall the staff was professional even through the current tornado watch and warning that were present."

"The Louis Hotel was truly a lovely experience. After some miscommunication on my end, the staff was more than able to accommodate on my end and I am grateful for their patience and kindness. Not to mention, I loved how the hotel was so connected to the small town. The hotel rooms were clean and the bed was very comfy. It was a little difficult to figure out the thermostat, but after awhile we got it to where we need to be. Only thing is having a fridge would be great. The icebox we did have wasn’t cold, but it’s ok because the evening and morning food service were wonderful!! Thank you to thw staff for EVERYTHING! Can’t wait to visit Wilson again! "
