Loved time with family outside in the mornings/evenings with everyone as the outdoor property is also beautiful and peaceful just like the inside."

"Nothing the property owner could help the areas just rundown and a little sketchy. For where it’s located it’s very quiet inside. I slept very well. I would take your own bedding the comforter had stains on it and all the decorative pillows were stained on the backside. Also there was hair in the sheets . All that said The price was right and for last-minute booking At least we had a place to stay. Over all I’m grateful. "

"The house was large and clean, the few problems we had were addressed by the owner. We did find a random sock on the floor and some clothes and a suitcase in a closet. We requested a stopper for the sink but never got it, (the dishwasher was broke). The kitchen is not stocked with basic essentials, (other than a drawer full of spices) When we got there the kitchen had no pots and pans, regular silverware, bowls, or dishcloths, and the can opener was broke. All of these items were brought over...

"Spent three nights in this lovely home. There were eight of us and plenty of room to spread out. Had an evening fire one night and enjoyed the side porch immensely. The house is walking distance to everything. Everything in the house worked properly, bed was comfy and plenty of towels. We recommend this house for its convenience to everything and comfort level. "It was wonderful getting away from day to day things with my husband. It was close to checking out some neat local places and the hot tub was nice in the evening . Plus not far from John Bryan park to do some hiking and adventures in Yellow springs. They owners were very thankful!"

"I first found this property in 2020, but had to cancel plans due to that year's events ... So, I was able to finally stay at this unique location this year, and found it as expected--a unique location with it's own history, in a spacious and modernized environment. Great stay in that location for my friends and me, and we have already talked about returning next year!"

"Our stay was fine. The only concerns or problems we have was the fact there weren’t enough towels for a two day stay. I don’t know if that is typical to only have a day’s worth of towels. Then Saturday afternoon the furnace quit and the host didn’t respond to my message. I had to call her. We just decided to drive home. So, we made the 4.5 hour trip back home at 7:30 PM. I sincerely home we are refunded our second night like the host she would do."

"Nicely remodeled older home in Belmont neighborhood of Dayton. Well supplied with many extras. Very clean. No problems at all. Was very convenient between the church and downtown reception for our daughter's wedding. Very convenient to highway."
