It was very clean, staff were very polite. Breakfast was good and the hotel is in great location with a lot store and restaurant near by. Close to the beach easy to get around and to the airport.

The rooms are very clean and nice. The beach is only five minutes away with excellent shopping surrounding the hotel. The public areas need a little better upkeep, but I would stay here again.

The hotel room were very run down for a Marriott. You lay in the bath and look up and were concerned the ceiling was going to fall in on you. Everything, except the front lobby of course, was very sub par. My son used the pull out sofa, it had a "mattress" on it that was maybe and inch and a half thick, it was ridiculous. The night staff guy literally sat on the edge of the counter and played on his phone and got irritated if you had to ask him a question. There were no ice machines on the floors, so you had to go to the front desk for ice, my son went to get ice and as the guy went to the machine to get a small bag, he said, "why do these people need ice all the time, I'm sick of getting up!" The grounds were kept well and had nice outside games, to give the illusion of the niceness of a Marriott hotel, but it definitely did not live up to its name on the inside. Even the employees said it was run down and needed an upgrade, but management had been talking about it for 2 years while things kept getting worse. Would not stay here again!

Room was very clean. Inside of all drawers were also very clean. Nice location away from highway noise. Breakfast food was fresh and tasted good. Staff very friendly and willing to help. I plan to stay here on my return trip.

This property was very clean. The rooms were extremely clean. Food was good at breakfast. Selection was good. Food tasted good. It was obvious throughout the hotel that staff worked hard to make the location a great place to stay. I plan to stay here on my return trip.

We would stay here again, but the room tub, computer desk chair and sofa needed more cleaning. The front desk staff was all friendly especially Desiree and Bill. The breakfast was okay, there was two ladies working. The snaller lady was very professional amd went out her way to assist her, while the other women more heavier was rude at all times and watched you like a hawk. She didn't want to help with anything. But the other women was so accomodating.

Residence Inn is one of my favorite hotels. I love the home away from home aspect. I liked that all the rooms were spacious and not cramped for it to be a two bedroom suite. The amenities were great and the bed was very comfortable.
