"Very nice hotel. The gym is large and well equipped. King bed room was spacious, very comfortable. Great location. Only complaint is I had limited cell service (AT&T) and couldn’t get the wifi to work even after calling the help line, so had to use my hotspot with a weak cell connection. "

"Great location Downtown, walking distance to the mall,Reading transit Market, and Shuttle buses to the man center. "

"Love all the high end toiletries, food and happy hour selections. Staff is wonderful. Would like a restroom in the lobby, a place to fill a water bottle. Please reverse entrance / exit at valet. That sharp right turn is pure terror. "

"Nice location in historic section. Helpful front desk. The weather was cool for the time of year, but there were no storms and the pool was never allowed to be used although the temperature was 70 degrees. Seems like guests could decide if it isn't a safety issue."

"My room was small, but totally cozy and comfortable, lots of interesting amenities. I’ve never seen anywhere else, refillable, water bottles, it’s nice to have an espresso machine, free, razors, toothbrush, deodorant. Coffee and Tea all day long."

"This hotel was modern and stylish with a location right in downtown Philadelphia. It is a short 3-block walk to Reading Terminal market and a 6-block walk to the Liberty Bell and Independence Hall. The hotel had interesting artwork throughout and was modern. The rooms are decently sized with Nespresso coffee makers in each and our room had a large bathroom and walk-in shower. The gym was modest but clean. There is a nice bar and restaurant on the first floor."
