Stroll along the riverfront and explore local restaurants, shops, galleries, and museums. Then return home to relax in your stylish retreat. For a fun day by the ocean, Wrightsville Beach is just a short drive from the home.

Combining rich historic elements with contemporary design, your chic interior features exposed brick walls, hardwood floors, and large windows. Highlights include smart TVs, a modern kitchen, and two living areas - one that doubles as an additional sleeping space! A sofa and two armchairs provide ample seating in the open living area. Kick back and stream your favorite shows on the smart TV. Off the living area, French doors open to a cozy den with a sofa bed - a quiet spot to relax with a good book. Prepare tasty meals in the well-equipped kitchen. Helpful gadgets include a coffee maker, toaster, and blender. When you're ready to eat, dine together at the table. One of the bedrooms includes a smart TV for added convenience. Complimentary WiFi and a private washer/dryer are provided.

Amazing location
First I have to say, what an absolutely awesome location. Two minutes to walk to the river walk. Many excellent restaurants and shopping close by (be sure to make reservations if it is the weekend) and a convenience store right around the corner. We walked to the Cape Fear Museum and many other historical sites and attractions. Check in and out was seamless and the communication was terrific. They even called a few hours after we checked in to make sure that everything was OK. The space itself is really cool. The kitchen was well stocked and we loved the whole vibe of the apartment. Could use a little updating but it was clean and spacious with plenty of natural sunlight. Yes, there was noise at night but that was to be expected. We were there over a weekend so I imagine a mid week visit might be quieter. With that said, the noise did not bother us a bit. Overall a really positive experience.

Highly Recommend!
We recently were in town for not one but two weddings in downtown Wilmington. Out of all of the properties, I am incredibly grateful we decided to go with this one. It had everything in my family and I needed such as a washer and dryer, full kitchen on top of it being extremely convenient. Communication was immediate and everything went smoothly! I highly recommend this VRBO above all the others!

It had potential...
The loft itself had a lot of potential and was conveniently located within walking distance to a lot of restaurants and shops downtown. However, we happened to go during the hottest week of the summer and the air conditioning wasn't working. We contacted the rental company and were told they didn't have any openings to move anywhere else, so they'd refund part of our stay. It's now been almost 3 weeks and we haven't received our refund. Any time I talk to someone, I am told "We are looking into that". I hate to give this location a poor rating, but it is miserable to stay near the coast, during the summer without any type of air conditioning.

Beautiful but LOUD!
Overall our stay was great! Beautiful apartment, amazing location…however, the night life is loud! Wouldn’t recommend bringing young toddlers/babies. We had 2 sound machines and a fan going and the street life was so incredibly loud. We didn’t even use the Master BR, we used the back room with the pull out couch instead bc of the level of noise.

There are a few repairs needed, ie window,oven, dryer and it could use a few more towels & hotpads. Over all it worked out great. Within walking distance of several diners, shops & attractions. Parking in ramp was easy.

It was dirty and not enough silverware for a meal. Carpets were stained and floors were sticky. No info on where to put garbage so had to leave it tied up inside

Very fun apartment and location
We loved everything about our stay. Everything was clean and well taken care of. The location could not be beat right in the middle of downtown Wilmington surrounded by restaurants shops and bars and a block away from the Riverwalk
