"We were visiting our son and this location was perfect. In the past, we drove to Apex to stay at the Marriott. We will stay here the next time we are in Fuquay. Super cute."

"The condo was in a location convenient to the college and the football stadium. (We even walked the two miles after the game to avoid waiting in traffic). Parking was easy and close. The property was clean, and the beds were comfortable."

Kathy was wonderful with thorough instructions prior to arrival as well as detailed information located in condo which made for a seamless stay. The labeling throughout the condo was an unexpected treat that was very useful during my stay. The location was convenient for accessing quaint downtown restaurants and enjoyable evening walks. "The property is in an great location if you are attending an event at NC State or the Raleigh Coliseum. It's on the second floor (which I might have missed in the description). However we heard little of the neighbors. The apartment could use a paint freshen but was clean. Beds are really comfortable as was the living furniture. Kitchen could use a few more amenities - as in a spatula, pitcher, mixing bowl - for those who prefer to rustle up a quick meal rather than eat out. "
