"The house was charming, well appointed and within walking distance of downtown Fredericksburg. The king beds were extremely comfortable. The fire pit and seating areas outside were perfect. And before and during our stay, communications from our host were excellent! "

It was really enjoyable in the evening, sitting out on the front porch with a glass of wine and enjoying the peace after a long day of sightseeing. We also enjoyed some evenings sitting in the hot tub drinking a glass of wine. The house was really clean and stocked for everything we needed."
