"Directions and parking instructions (to their on-site, underground parking garage) were accurate. Texting with the owner of apartment unit was efficient and responsive. Unit was small - as sq footage reflected - but was very clean, and was perfect for our in-and-out one night stay for a football game. I asked if early check in was available as we arrived 3 hours before 4pm check-in. I was told yes, but for a $35 fee. Was disappointed that the room was available and clean, but had to pay to access it to drop off our bags. Felt the hospitality aspect of that was lacking, where you wouldn’t get that response at a “normal” hotel. Definitely would stay here again - if we weren’t planning on spending any time in the room, and were planning on being out and about enjoying Ann Arbor the entire time."

"Fine place to stay and the staff were very helpful BUT I stayed here believing I could leave my car for the duration of a 4 day trip. Not so, they do not let you leave your car there, I had to park at one of the big park and fly places and pay extra for that."
