"The check in person appeared to be a little racist"

"Clean room and comfy mattresses. The place allows pets which found us waiting for the next elevator so the guest with the barely controllable Pitt bulls could go ahead. The person at check-in seemed like she was juggling a lot of other people’s duties but was quick, efficient and very accommodating. The room was basic but quiet enough. For the price though, I guess I was expecting the overall vibe and quality of the amenities at the place, like the small pillows and thin blankets to be a bit...

"As soon as you walked into the hotel all you could smell was marijuana. Room smelled-musty Breakfast was cold and eggs were rubbery. Coffee was cold. Shower head was nasty with hard water stains. The hair dryer was sticky and dirty. And the shower when in made loud scratching noises. I will never stay at one of these hotels again, I’d rather pay a little more money eh and stay somewhere else."

"Very helpful, friendly staff. Seemed a bit short of help, had to ask for breakfast to be made. Rooms OK, but, again a staff problem (short handed), and perhaps an expectation level needs to increase."
