"Stayed at this hotel during a recent trip to Niagara Falls, NY. While the location was convenient and the room was clean, a few things made the experience less than ideal. First, the Starbucks inside the hotel closes way too early — not ideal if you’re arriving late or want an evening coffee. Most of the nearby restaurants also shut down early, leaving very limited food options after 8 or 9 PM. Also surprising — no coffee machines or refreshments available in the lobby, which is usually a basic amenity in most hotels at this level. It felt inconvenient, especially for early risers or late check-ins."

"Accommodations were nice meals were very pricey. The buffet for breakfast was not the best and way too much money for what you got. Other than that it was a great day."
