"Truly an amazing place to stay. In Philly, it is very hard to find a place that is updated, clean, in a good location, and has parking. This is the only place we found that had all four and it did not disappoint. Everything you need is there - full laundry in the unit, lots of space, central air and parking is a garage!! There are even THREE hair dryers, which should tell you how well stocked the place is! Could not be happier with our time at this gem!"

"We traveled to Philly for my son’s 16th birthday. The house was absolutely perfect! Everyone had their own space and we were able to gather in the living room comfortably to watch movies. All activities were within a 15 minute drive and we always felt safe in the area. The rooftop view was beautiful and a great place to wind down at the end of the night, read quietly and watch the sunrise. The place was immaculate in cleanliness and the extra details were a very pleasant surprise! Communication...

"The property is a little brick house, a little funky. There is absolutely nothing modern or luxurious about it. It is old, old, old. But we enjoyed it because it was part of our whole experience of seeing the historic side of Philadelphia. Staying in that house, it felt like the Revolutionary War was going to break out any second. The alley on which it is located is very charming. Warning - stairs are steep and narrow!!"
