"The check-in process was a bit messy as we were going to be late arriving due to our flight time; we were told different information about getting our key etc when the desk was actually open until 10pm and we picked it up just fine when we arrived! We were lucky enough to be given an upgrade, only to find out the shower was over the bath and ended up back where we booked so we could have a walk-in shower! Would definitely book car parking next time as the street parking was inconvenient and costly if we had been there during the week due to time limitations"

"Handy location for us, close to family. Thirsty Camel on site was very handy. Didn't use hotel amenities other than the room. Staff we had contact with were all very friendly and helpful. Clean room and comfy bed."
