Cozy Brick Cottage near Ark

Summary:
Come stay in this cozy cottage on Sunset Drive, just over 1 miles from the popular Ark Encounter themed attraction! This 3 bed/1.5 bath is perfect for your group of 6! With easy access to downtown Williamstown, Rt 75, and plenty more, you will be in the perfect spot to enjoy everything this gorgeous area has to offer. Enjoy grilling on the back deck, or playing games in the lower level of the house while you the comfortable accommodations of this lovely cottage!

The Space:
This cozy brick cottage is equipped with 3 bedrooms, 1.5 bathrooms, a full kitchen equipped with all the essentials for everyday cooking needs, a comfortable living room, and a deck off the house with built-in benches, a grill, and access to the sloping back yard. You'll also find laundry units and table games in the basement, just off the kitchen!

Guest Access:
Guests have access to the entire home. Entry is through the front door using a unique key code. Access to the home is limited to registered guests only—any visitors must be approved by the host and may not stay overnight.

We require all guests to sign our rental agreement and provide photo ID via the digital form before check-in instructions will be sent. Check-in info is sent 5 days prior to check-in, assuming completion of the rental agreement.

The Neighborhood:
This house is located in the rural Williamstown area with fields and trees and other residential homes nearby! The railroad also runs nearby. The popular Ark Encounter attraction is less than 2 miles and a very easy drive away!

Getting Around:
Driving a rental or personal vehicle is your best bet in this beautiful rural setting.

Other Things to Note:

Great stay and place!

The property was great! It was comfortable and had everything we needed. My kids absolutely loved all the stuffed animals in their room and we played in the basement for a while too. The beds were very comfortable. My complaint is that it was “dusty,” like there were cats and it wasn’t cleaned well. Whatever the cause, I couldn’t stop sneezing whenever I was inside.

There were 5 of us staying in the house. It was perfect. The house was clean and in good repair. The neighborhood was quiet. I would highly recommend this property.

Trip to the Ark

The house was exactly as said and super convenient to the Ark. We had an issue with the electricity due to the storm so management let us move to another house and gave us 2 nights refund. Both homes were very nice and clean. Lots of needed items including such as coffee pot w/sugar packs, dishes, body wash and shampoo/conditioner, etc. Super impressed!!!!!

Lovely updated and very clean home. Enjoyed our stay. Wish the coffee cups were standard size but that’s a fixable problem- just drank more cups of coffee. Thanks for our stay.

Great option for the Ark Encounter

My husband and I took the grandmas to see the ark. We had to run home for a nap in the middle of the day and the house was 5 minutes away so that was amazing! The house was clean and everything was very nice. Beds were comfy. I didn’t realize when we booked that there was a half bath off one of the bedrooms so that was an added bonus. The kitchen was stocked with a lot more than typical rentals. Olive oil, coffee, tea, coffee filters, trash bags, saran wrap, etc. Our daughter enjoyed the games in the basement! We would recommend and book again.
