"It was a long trip from ny and we step inside the cabin to such a cozy space. Our 7 year old went straight to the pacman game while the teens set up the large jenga. We unloaded and the owner stopped by to give us the trail passes and see if we had any questions. He has a pile of complimentary wood for the camp fire, sticks for making food. It was just amazing. The buffalo montagu trailhead is next to the cabin but not too close that is loud. "

The hosts are there for you if you need anything but invisible if you don't. You won't find a more perfect place to stay in Mingo County. It is everything advertised and more."

"I reserved this place for employees we had working in the area. This place was perfect for their needs. They each had their own bedroom and bathroom, add in the comforts of home and it was the perfect place for them to relax after a long days work. Everything was clean, check in was easy, wifi worked great. The host is excellent! We communicated back and forth several times. She is exceptionally responsive and informative."

"This cabin provided an amazing stay for my wife and I. For starters, we loved that it was off the main road but not on the road. The location was more private and serene. We had temperatures in the 90's while we were there but the cabin was nice and cool due to the powerful AC. The comfortable bed provided a good nights sleep every night. So much so that we want a mattress just like it at home. The bathroom was very nice and there was great water pressure. Plenty of soft towels were available including hand towels and wash cloths. The efficient little kitchen came in handy and we enjoyed using the Keurig for our morning coffee which we sipped on the cozy back deck. Greg kept in contact with us making sure we had everything we needed which I appreciated. Another plus was a Buggy wash right at the top of the hill which allowed me to get our bikes cleaned up. I forgot to mention that the Buffalo mtn trail is right at the top of the hill which is so convenient for anyone with an atv ( this trail was a little too challenging for my wife who is new to dirt bike riding). I could go on and on about how much we enjoyed our stay. I wouldnt hesitate to stay here again."
