Welcome to Starfish Cove at Kingsmill! Enjoy a relaxing stay in this gated, private community. This neighborhood boasts walking trails, playgrounds and access to the beach of the James River, which can be seen from the deck. First floor living with a well-stocked, full kitchen, dishwasher, laundry, guest wifi and smart TVs give you all the comforts of home. High-quality linens await you, with extra blankets and pillows for your comfort.

Minutes from the property you'll find Busch Gardens, Water Country USA, Colonial Williamsburg, Harris Teeter, several local and chain restaurants, many public golf courses and much more.

Your hosts, Mike and Jaymie, want you to enjoy your time away and provide initial coffee pods, dishwashing liquid and pods, laundry pods, family games, books and other little touches to give you everything a hotel could offer with the warmth of a private rental.

The Kingsmill RESORT pools, the Health Club, and Lazy River are restricted to Kingsmill Members only, and are not included. However, the following can be accessed by any of our guests:

Lovely Stay in Williamsburg

We had a wonderful time exploring Williamsburg and the surrounding areas. Our hosts were very kind to provide a lot of information about their home prior to our arrival and also had an abundance of information about the surrounding area once we arrived. We appreciated their hospitality and would recommend their home to anyone visiting the Williamsburg area.

Great condo in a great location. Couple minute drive to Busch gardens or colonial Williamsburg without feeling like you’re in a tourist spot. Groups were beautiful and it’s a gated community.

We had smooth check-in, property was as described. It's a lower unit, so a bit dark, but perfect for our needs! Clean, well stocked, sofa bed was more comfy than a typical sofabed...communication was great with owners! Great property!

Great place for family with kids

We've stayed in various condos in Kingsmill Resort and this is by far one of our favorites especially now that we have a toddler. The unit came with many toys, books, kitchen supplies along with a pack n' play. As this was the first time I was traveling solo with my son, this condo was perfect for our needs especially since I didn't need to bring the whole house with me. We'd definitely stay here again whenever we come and visit my father.

Grandparents refreshed and recharged

Fabulous property within sight of the James River and Kingsmill Resort Conference Center! Just what the doctor ordered for these exhausted grandparents! Plenty to do within walking distance. Condo was excellent, although sleeping 6 (as advertised) would be a stretch. Would accommodate 4 quite nicely. Busch Gardens and Colonial Williamsburg a short drive away!

Awesome condo/neighborhood

Check in was simple, neighborhood was safe and beautiful. We checked out a car show at the resort, played some golf, went down to the marina and beach. Kids fished and enjoyed some beautiful sunsets. Was here for golf and will return here for next year’s tournament! Condo was very clean, comfortable bed and had everything we needed and close to grocery store. I recommend to everyone. Thank you!

It was as listed

We only rented the one side which was fine however updating is needed. The sofa & the king bed were very uncomfortable. Please put a 3” mattress topper on the bed & invest in a new sofa (as these are the 2 most used items). The place was very clean. The kitchen was updated but lighting was low. We brought our e bikes & enjoyed their great paved trails. The little beach is just down the street where you can rent kayaks. Overall it was very relaxing.

Great condo and even better location to the course!

We loved staying in the condo! The kitchen was fully stocked which allowed us to eat in on several occasions. Golf trips get expensive on the Junior Circuit so it was great to cook a couple healthy meals, pack lunches for the course, and make breakfast! Even had a crock pot. It was cozy and walking distance to everything allowed to guest. The owners were accommodating and very good at communication. Condo was clean on arrival. Bed was cozy and they had a fan!!! I would give a 100 stars for that alone because I sleep with a fan for white noise! Good feature. They have games for kids. Overall, we enjoyed it.

We loved the condo at Kingsmill and was a great fit for our family. We had a little snafu checking in as it was not clean but the cleaning crew came right over and did a wonderful job. Owner was very communicative up until that point and then relied on cleaners to communicate with us. No access to amenities on property which was not an issue for us as we spent most of our time off property but I would not recommend if you want to access all of the amenities at Kingsmill.

Spring break get away

Wonderful stay! Very clean, had all the amenities we could want in the unit (laundry, kids games, kids plates, etc). The resort is lovely and close to all major attractions. We would definitely stay again!
