Quick walk to the beach! On the prettiest street by the river in the gated Kingsmill on the James River with beautiful James River and lake views (not part of Kingsmill Resort, but The Spa is available with your stay. Please note, this is a legal VRBO, not a timeshare.)
Gorgeous large top floor (second floor) 1400+ square feet two bedroom two full bath condo with two separate wings, with brand new quality carpeting Summer 2023, this is the newest and largest two bedroom model. Kingsmill on the James River is a lovely oasis, a tree and Audubon bird sanctuary, with miles of trails, private beaches with huge shells and treasured historic sites including Burwells Bluff, the first English settlement, all within walking distance... walk to beautiful spa for pampering, Enjoy excellent food, dine on the outdoor terrace behind The Mill Cafe, within walking distance, picnic and barbecue, try excellent food at the restaurants, or cook up a meal in the condo's fully stocked kitchen and dine on one of the balconies backing to the lake.....Not a resort condotel, this condo offers the comforts of home with books, movies, many streaming apps, games, artistic coloring books, seasonal decorations....and a fully stocked kitchen for cooking large meals including varieties of coffees and teas, herbs and spices, oils and vinegars, cocoa, and condiments. Try golfing at the gorgeous award-winning Green or Gold course at Golden Horseshoe, or go fishing at Macaulay Pond, or walk to dock for beautiful sunrises and sunsets, shower and restroom available at the marina beach. Williamsburg vacation

This is our second year at Gayle’s property. It’s perfect for our family. Very clean and great location for all that Williamsburg has to offer. The beds were comfortable and rooms were good size. We will definitely stay there again.

We had an awesome college reunion and the condo was perfect. It has plenty of space and is right near the water. As a bonus there is a breakfast and lunch place in the club within easy walking distance

Loved our stay in this Kingsmill condo. Spacious and welcoming. Enjoyed the short walk to marina, beach and James River. Beautiful community. Close to all Colonial Williamsburg attractions. An added plus that it is dog friendly. Would definitely stay again.

Fantastic!

My husband, son, two dogs, and I stayed for 4 nights. Our only regret is that we didn’t stay longer. I highly recommend this property. The area was beautiful and the condo. was lovely.

Very comfortable stay

This was perfect for our family while bringing our daughter for a college visit to William and Mary. Clean, comfortable, spacious and with everything we needed. Gayle was attentive and responds very quickly. The view was beautiful and we hope to return when we have more time and warmer weather for using the waterfront area. Great stay!

Nice condo in a convenient area to everything

We had a great time. Lots of places to take walks and close to the water if you are a bird watcher. Lots of Osprey. I would go back and visit again.

Family Colonial getaway

We had a great stay in this festive property. Owner was very responsive and helpful. Property was clean and had so many extra things like condiments, coffee and creamer, and oil (thankfully, because I forgot to bring it for brownies). Wood burning fire place worked great too!

My family had a perfect time at this condo. It was definitely huge! We were happily surprised and my teens were happy to have a wing to themselves. The beds were comfy and the coffee was a lifesaver. Loved having a nice view, too! We would definitely choose to stay here again on our next trip to Williamsburg.

Lovely Condo - Larger than expected!

Nice. Quiet. 2 separate bedroom/bath areas for privacy with large shared living, dining and kitchen. Host was SUPER fast in responding to questions and eager to help. Very convenient to Williamsburg, Jamestown and Yorktown. Would rent again.

Grandson vacation

We had a great stay. The location was perfect for our visit to Water Country USA and Bush Gardens. The condo had one bedroom for our grandson and one for us. Our host Gayle was so helpful, finding the basketball court for our grandson, sending us information about the beauful sunset and sunrises down at the James River. Always able to be in touch with us. The Best Condo at Kingsmill

We have stayed at Kingsmill every year for the last 5 years to go to Christmas Town at Busch Gardens with our two small children. This condo was by far the best one we have stayed at. It was decorated with a Christmas tree and lots of holiday touches, even down to seasonal k-cups and mugs to enjoy. The condo was very clean and equipped with everything you need. The view was fabulous too! Gayle was also wonderful to communicate with. We will definitely be back again next year!
