Escape to our beautifully renovated home situated on a peaceful quarter-acre lot in Williams, AZ. This private, fenced-in property offers a safe and spacious oasis for large groups, family reunions, or friends’ getaways. Ideally located within walking distance to downtown Williams and just a short 10-minute drive to top attractions like the Grand Canyon Railway, Bearizona, The Grand Canyon Deer Farm, and The Canyon Coaster Adventure Park.

Inside, you'll find an open-concept living space complemented by a modern kitchen, dining area, and a cozy eat-in island—perfect for shared meals and quality time. Our home comfortably sleeps 12 guests and a baby across four bedrooms, making it an ideal spot to bring your whole crew or extended family. The fully fenced backyard with a secure gate provides a safe playground for kids, with plenty of outdoor seating to relax and supervise.
Nestled at the end of a cul-de-sac, enjoy the tranquility of our secluded neighborhood while being less than five minutes from downtown Williams with shops, restaurants, and entertainment. Listen to the gentle sounds of passing trains—an homage to the area's rich history.

Guests have full access to the entire property and amenities, with the exception of a storage room and outdoor shed—these are locked for guest safety.

Our home features self-check-in and check-out for your convenience. However, we're always just a message or call away if you need any assistance.

Wonderful Stay!

Host was very communicative and friendly. Our three families had a wonderful stay at this clean, beautiful house. Close walking distance to town and the Polar Express. Would definitely stay again!

Great place to stay in Williams

Property was clean and easy to access. It is central to everything in Williams including the Grand Canyon railroad, Bearizona, and the Grand Canyon. We enjoyed our stay.

Middle School Stay-over Success

Paulo Freier Freedom School had 9 students on a field trip for historical Northern Arizona and this place was our perfect home to unwind and socialize in! I would definitely bring a group back here!

Lovely home in the heart of Williams

if you are going to fish at the lake - this is the place. close to the mercantile and an easy commute to the lake. the house was comfortable and the owners were very communicative and accommodating. we will stay again.

Great Getaway in Williams

We stayed in Williams for a long weekend. This property was clean, updated, and comfortable for us and our extended family. The house is walking distance to downtown Williams and to the Grand Canyon Railway. It was great to be able to walk and not deal with driving around. Definitely recommend for anyone looking to stay in Williams and visit the Grand Canyon using the railroad.

Car show & family getaway

Car show & cooler weather were a perfect getaway. House was nice 4 us cuz close to town & had everything we needed. Had to contact host a few times, but were very quick w responses. Very quiet neighborhood & a faint train sound was nice too. Would stay here again, thanks!

Perfect Polar Express weekend

We have gone to Williams for the past 14 years to do the Polar Express train. This is our favorite property yet. The house was very clean, had every needed amenity, and we loved that we were a short walk to the train station. Sarah was communicative and made check in and check out a breeze. Hope to stay here for our next trip to Williams!

What a fantastic place to stay

Our family went to do the Polar Express and decided to stay here instead of the hotel and we are SOOOO happy we did. The whole experience and communication was perfect and the house was fantastic. Clean and spacious as promised and nice touch with the video game unit and board games for the family. We are coming back next year and recommend anyone thinking of going on the Polar Express or even any activity in Williams to stay here if available. 5 stars easily and only 2 blocks from the train station so we avoided all the hotel crowd!

Family Getaway

The accommodations for our family was great, plenty of space for all 12 of us, The location was convenient, close to downtown and the interstate. The area was quiet. We enjoyed the backyard around the fire pit. It was nice to discover what Williams had to offer, the train ride to the Grand Canyon was a highlight!Thank you.

Great property!

So glad that we chose this place to stay. Its walking distance to train station and downtown. Probably the best VRBO I have ever rented. Highly recommend and would stay here again for our next trip to Williams.

Perfect for our needs

Everything was what we needed. Owner was very responsive. Our group size changed over the months leading up to our stay. At any time, this place would accommodated our mixture of couples and singles. Highly recommend staying here.

Sweet, clean space

The space was very comfortable and clean. Very equipped with all we needed. The living spaces were well designed for lounging. The heater did make noise when it came on, this was a bummer and woke up all parties multiple times a night. I did mention on our checkout and they resolved the issue.

FABULOUS STAY - a total dream

Oh where to begin?! Sarah's home is just stunning! Cozy and cute decor, spacious for a multi family trip, all the amenities you could need, a wonderful local guide and just steps or a short drive to local attractions. Very family friendly property to boot! Beds were comfortable, home was pristine, and I felt I could relax and enjoy everything Williams has to offer. Our children loved running around the backyard, and they are already asking to visit " The Williams House" again! If you find yourself here for a night , a few days or a luxurious family vacation, this is THE choice. Our hosts attended to our every need and very communicative. Thank you again!!
