"Great stay. Check in process is a little dated. We added a few extra nights on to our stay the same day we checked in. Had to do all new paperwork not a big deal, they also swiped our credit card for the hotel fee's again and gave us new keys so there would be no issues. The computer system didn't pick up on it and the cleaning staff came to our room to tell us we needed to check out. "It is a nice and family-friendly location. The hotel rooms are nothing fancy, but spacious and in good condition. Lots of dining options nearby, Despite a rather late arrival to Williams, all went smoothly with check-in, including them having our train and Canyon tour tickets ready for us. I appreciate the convenience."

"Nice place to stay right off route 40. Looked nice and modern to me. Breakfast wasn’t great, but that’s pretty typical. It was actually crowded with people trying to get breakfast so it was almost impossible to get a chance to make pancakes. "

"Well maintained and run. Room was comfortable with needed amenities. Free breakfast was excellent with all the good dishes. An exhaust fan in the bathroom would be welcome feature. Chairs, beds, closet, desk, lights, were all comfortable and good."

"Great location; reasonably priced, very clean. They have an indoor swimming, pool, and Jacuzzi. The rooms have refrigerators and microwave ovens. The king size bed was very comfortable. Although not overly fancy, we really have no complaints. We would stay here again."
