Imagine yourself in this air conditioned, spacious, custom 3 bedroom plus den, 2 1/2 bath luxury home in the woods. We accommodate groups as large as 8 for family get togethers, but small enough for a dream romantic getaway. The Knotty Pine is the best place to enjoy everything Northern Arizona has to offer!

At the Knotty Pine, we believe in sustainability and minimizing our impact in the world. The home is very energy efficient, using all LED lighting throughout the house, being fully insulated, having ceiling fans in every room, using the most energy efficient windows and doors available, and using a smart thermostat to decrease energy usage. We want to be a good steward of our beautiful environment in Williams!

The Knotty Pine features 3 bedrooms, including an adjustable California king primary suite, a queen guest bedroom, full size bunk beds with an additional twin trundle in the 3rd bedroom and a twin-sized sleeper sofa in the den (and great kid hangout). Our home is beautifully decorated in a modern farmhouse style, keeping our guest's relaxation and comfort in mind. The Knotty Pine is fully equipped with quartz countertops, farmhouse sink, top of the line stainless steel appliances, newly carpeted bedrooms with hardwood floors running throughout the rest of the home.

For those who prefer peace and quiet, imagine yourself snuggling up next to the fireplace and picture window with the beautiful juniper and pine forest in your backyard. The primary suite window presents a beautiful, picturesque view of Bill Williams Mountain and the national forest. Many times, you can encounter herds of deer running through our backyard during one of Arizona's famous sunsets.

Downtown Williams is less than 2 miles away and offers a variety of restaurant experiences such as wine and beer tasting rooms, original Route 66 bars, and a multitude of other eateries suitable for every palate. We are located less than 5 minutes from Cataract Lake, Elephant Rocks golf course, downtown Williams, the Canyon Coaster, Bearizona, and The Grand Canyon Railway (Polar Express). Other attractions close by include The Grand Canyon National Park, the Deer Farm, Snowbowl, and Flagstaff. Within walking distance, you can find fishing, golfing, family park, and numerous hiking trails. Only Minutes away is Elephant Rocks 18-hole golf course, one of Arizona's best kept secrets for golfers.

Our family had a great time during our stay. The Knotty Pine was beautiful, warm and comfortable with everything you needed. It is in a newer neighborhood so there is some construction going on, but you are very close to the lake and golf course.

Very clean and comfortable house! We enjoyed cooking together in the well stocked kitchen and relaxing in the backyard around the fire. The neighborhood was very quiet and had a small lake and playground close by. Would definitely stay here again!

We had the best time. The house was decorated adorably, very clean, lots of space and just perfect in every way! It’s super close and convenient to everything in Williams and not very far from Flagstaff. I would highly recommend staying at Knotty Pines!

The home was stunning. Great accommodations. We stayed over Thanksgiving weekend. The owners had the home decorated for the holidays with an added bonus of a Christmas tree. Wonderful home in a great location. Neighbors were very friendly.

The Knotty Pine Mountain Retreat was BEAUTIFUL! My husband and I both loved our time spent here. Our kids, ranging from 8-19, loved the place too. It was clean, easy check-in/out process, kitchen was well stocked for everything that we needed, and all the furniture and beds were very comfortable. If we are ever back in Williams, we will definitely be back to this wonderful home.

The house was beautiful and so well equipped. It was the perfect home for three children and three adults. Such a wonderful location and the owner was so helpful in giving us directions and information. Very easy to communicate with him, and he always replied quickly. I would highly recommend this listing for anyone who wants to stay in this area of Arizona.

This is such a beautiful and CLEAN house. We were all so amazed when we walked in and comfortable our entire trip. It’s the perfect location to do Bearizona, The Deer Farm, and Polar Express. We will 100% book again the next time we do it. 12/10

Deron & Michelle provide a fantastic home for a Williams. AZ getaway. Thoughtful details in decor and provisions. Our daughters folding wheelchair was easy to maneuver throughout the house. All family members loved the quiet neighborhood and the propane fire pit on the back porch. Definitely recommend this home!

Beautiful home and wonderful neighborhood. Very spacious and welcoming. The only issue I had with the home was no air conditioning. All other things about the house were exceptional. It was very close to Williams so we did not have to drive far to get to our destinations.

We were surprised to not have air conditioning but this may be normal for the area. Was pretty cool with windows left open at night. Kids picked place by pictures (especially the hammock), however those were personal and not at property. House met all our needs. Was clean and got quick reponses to messages.

We had a wonderful two week stay in this beautiful home. At different times we had family and friends come to visit. We played golf, went to the Grand Canyon, went on the Coaster, but mostly just relaxed and read on the back patio. In the evening you can see deer come through the yard which was fun for everyone to see. The house was immaculate, well stocked and very comfortable. Deron was an amazing host and always quick to answer any questions we had. We highly recommend The Knotty Pine for your visit to Williams.

Whilst a bit pricey, you definitely get a higher end experience. Great location, property is well appointed, hosts are quick to respond. Great wildlife in the area too as we were frequently visited by a family of deer. Please note that if staying at this property in the winter I'd strongly recommend a 4WD vehicle since the roads leading to the property ice over and aren't cleared. I'd also expect to do some shoveling as whilst one half of the garage was cleared, the other wasn't and the walkway to the house was not either.

We had the most wonderful time at The Knotty Pine. Everything was first rate, and it not only met but exceeded our expectations. Deron was available to answer questions, communication was prompt and helpful. Super easy check in and check out, fantastic and beautiful location with easy access to all the sights of northern Arizona. This beautiful home is the perfect place for families to relax and unwind after a day of hiking and sightseeing. We saw deer in the backyard in the mornings. It was calm, peaceful, and just what we needed! Thank you for sharing your amazing home!
