"The best thing about this hotel was the staff. They really went above and beyond, and were so friendly. They treated us like family. The second best thing was the complimentary breakfast buffet. There were many hot and cold choices, and everything was delicious. The hotel is also only minutes from stores, restaurants, and downtown Lake Geneva."

"We used to live in Lake Geneva so we already knew about what used to be called Interlaken. Some things are still outdated. The air conditioning units are dated go back many years and are extremely loud. They will wake you up "

"This stay was wonderful. The option to stay an extra night for a discounted rate was perfect for our family and we took advantage. The room was clean and spacious, with a great view of the horses in the pasture; the little girls loved sitting on the porch, listening to them. The Waterpark was the main attraction! It was recently redone and is awesome! There are both indoor and outdoor options for the young swimmers. Also, I loved the padded pool bottom in the young child indoor Waterpark area…such an improvement! Overall it was another fantastic trip to Timber Ridge…we’ll becoming back again and again!"
