"Upon arrival it was quick and easy at first. Our first room has smoke detector going off and bathroom was not operational. I went back to front desk and was assigned another room. The keys didn’t work to no fault of the staff. The actual keypad was broken. I stayed in that room instead of opting for another room. The staff graciously let me in when I needed in. They were friendly and upbeat the entire time."

"The property was a beautifully remodeled home with all modern amenities. It was CLEAN which is my biggest pet peeve when using VRBO's. There was plenty of room for my entire family and trundles available for extra sleeping space. The neighborhood is going through some updates, and we had absolutely no issues and felt safe during our stay. Check in and out was smooth and easy. We will certainly book here again."
