"My family, an 11 person group, (all connoisseurs' of vacation rentals) unanimously voted this as one of the worst rentals we have ever encountered. The property manager was quick to try and solve the problems, but there were so many it was impossible for her to right this wrong. Apparently the AC broke the minute we checked in on a 110 degree index day... but even after being repaired the next day we boiled in this house. Spiders and bugs and webs and bug filth everywhere! "the renovated historic home was super spacious and light filled. the A/C was great - especially considering it was a heat wave when we were in town, plus plenty of hot shower water. home easily slept 10 with 4 big bedrooms. wish 2nd bath was on main floor instead of basement, but to be expected in a historic home. super close to Ashland University and would be a great place to stay for Balloon Fest which is at the park next door. we didn't cook much, but kitchen seemed to have what would be...

"We stayed here with friends — 4 adults and 6 kids — and had a wonderful time! The house was super clean, tidy, and well-stocked with everything we needed. Katherine was very responsive and answered most of our messages quickly, which we appreciated.The kids loved the game room, and the adults enjoyed relaxing on the back patio.
