"We stayed here over memorial weekend and we were the first renters for the house! The house was equipped with everything we needed and nicely decorated. We loved kayaking on the lake, bon fires at night, cards in the screened in porch, grilling on their new grill, star gazing and just enjoyed being away from a busy city with our two dogs. Shannon was very helpful and responsive; we did have an issue with the water heater but being a holiday weekend there wasn’t much Shannon could do, we still made the best of the trip! There’s a bar and grill across the street where allot of locals on ATV’s like to hang out at. Everyone was very friendly and it was nice that they sold firewood! We could hear another bar down the street had a live band playing music on Saturday night, it wasn’t too loud, but we enjoyed hearing the music and it ended before quiet time. Overall, I would highly recommend, and we had a great relaxing time!"
