Some rooms back up to a gas station which can also be somewhat noisy. Shower and hot water good. Would definitely stay there again. Walking distance to downtown. Easy access to I5."

"Gorgeous place. Conveniently right off the freeway still quiet enough to spend a few nights there. I enjoyed the hospitality of the friendly staff and the cleanliness of the room. The bed was very comfortable and the neighbors were all quiet. They have fresh coffee at 6am but Denny's is right next door in case you want breakfast with your coffee."

"Was a bit noisy at midnight lots of yelling and slamming doors. Also found it weird that only one staircase was usable and the others had caution tape. She put me on the second floor and didn’t even bother telling me about the staircases or where I could find a safe one. Overall my room was clean and did the job I needed it to do but found the rest strange. "

"This is an older motel (park outside your door) that is close to the university & city center. It’s right across the street from Whole Foods which can be handy. It’s not fancy but has some updates, Overall it is very clean & comfortable. I had wifi issues (weak signal, kept disconnecting) but otherwise no complaints. Would stay here again. "

"Nice quiet property with friendly staff. 2 nice dining options on-site. Convenient 24-hour parking garage across the street. Homeless people (like in other major cities) camped out on the streets near the property - but no homeless directly in front of the property. Felt relatively safe walking around town - although you need to be extra careful and alert after dark. "
