"Amazing staff"

"Muy limpio y céntrico"

"Nice stay"

"Clean room, wait staff, valet service, good food at the Recess restaurant all excellent great central location! Will come back"

"Overall, you get what you pay for. Rooms are on the older end. I noticed the appliances were rusted and there was some mold starting to form on the bathroom ceiling due to poor circulation. I also noticed previous paint patches on the ceiling, potentially to cover up mold. Towels were extremely rough so if you have sensitive skin consider bringing your own. The bed was very comfortable. The elevator floors seemed to always be dirty every time I entered them. There is complimentary water bottles...

"Roomy, comfortable units. Excellent location. Frie dly staff."

"Clean room"

"Great clean place to stay within walking distance of Moda Center"

"This hotel was likely once very nice but it is in need of updates. The carpet in our room appeared to need a deep cleaning. Location is good. Near a pedestrian path. It felt pretty safe."

"the location was great! staff was helpful! unfortunately if you stay in a shared room and you are put on the top bunk, you get no privacy! while the bottom bunk does, so keep that in mind. when I usually stay in hostels, there is a kitchen or at least a shared space for the people staying at the hostel, kex does not have one. they do have a restaurant that is open to everyone which is nice but there were times where it wasn’t very convenient for me. overall nice stay for one night!"

"Great for a quick sleep in a great part of the city. Friendly staff too"

"The hotel itself was amazing, we enjoyed the vibe it had. What was terrible was how the bartender from last night treated me and my girlfriend. Janice was super nice the other girl after Janice left was extremely disrespectful. I understand we live in a tip society now but we don’t have to tip, it is not required in anyway. We asked for a shot, we hit no tip, then she throws the pay thing down hard, then we get a couple more shots still no tip, then the final shot we get, I pay and hit no tip,...

"Quite, peaceful and just all around great access to city, not hard to find. Place was clean and bed was comfortable and cozy! Will definitely recommend to anyone who is looking for a quiet, clean and comfy bed. Staff were polite and friendly! 5 out 5 for me"
