"Location is perfect. We parked on Friday and did not touch the car until Sunday. Reeves Theater is awesome venue for music. Also caught a band at Railyard Beer Garden. Walk to Angry troll, also a fun spot, is short. Many trails and the Elkin Vine Line for wineries is top notch. Property lacks a working elevator but otherwise is very clean and effcient. Rooftop is also a extra nice touch. "

"This was my second visit to the church house. Once again it was just lovely. It feels very private and the apartent is so quiet. "The "Apartment at the Base of the Blue Ridge Mountains" was wonderful. It is a mother-in-law suite located in the basement of the owner's home. The apartment was very clean and comfortable. It has a complete kitchen with full-sized refrigerator, a king-sized bed, a full-sized stackable washing machine and dryer, and a full bath with walk-in shower (no bathtub). "This was great for a weekend trip to a friend's wedding! A friend and I traveled together and we appreciated having 2 separate beds for a reasonable price. Although the basement area felt a bit damp, there was a dehumidifier and everything was clean and in good condition. The owner communicated all the necessary info in a timely manner. Great views and easy access to the Blue Ridge Parkway!"
