"Property was clean. Staff was friendly. Beds were not good. They were very hard. We did not know the property was pet friendly. I heard a barking dog late night and thought it was outside. The large dog began barking at 8 am the next morning and woke the family. It was down the hall from us. We had booked for two nights through Expedia and decided not to stay a second night. Although the staff was friendly they were unable to provide direction on cancelling the second night stay. Expedia was...

"I was overcharged on my 1 night stay at this hotel. They charged me for 3 nights of pets and snacks we did not have. I was assured at checkout this would be removed from my bill. "Very conveniently located. Breakfast was great."

"We just found our newest favorite place to stay when traveling south. Only complaint ... there wasn't a fire detector in the room. Quiet area. Well lit parking lot. Hardwood floors. Bed was pretty comfy. Wonderful pool. We'll be back!"

"Room reasonable and convenient. However, I found evening staff unfriendly and uncommunicative."

"It was a beautiful hotel, very clean, great staff, beds were so comfy and love the breakfast."

"The staff knows hospitality and goes above expectations."

"Everything was excellent, the only issue was pay for parking lot."

"Was undergoing a renovation that was not disclosed on the listing. As a result, there was no breakfast (just a grab and go muffin), no room for trailer parking (despite listing saying there was), hallway carpets were covered, room numbers were handwritten post-it notes, and rooms had taste and smell of construction dust."

"I was pleasantly surprised. I had low expectations, but the staff was friendly, the room was clean and comfortable, and the bathroom was nice with plenty of hot water. A bargain at that price."
