Great place for a great price. Staff was super friendly, pool was nice, new AC in the room, and it's two blocks from a choice part of the boardwalk. You can bring your boardwalk food back and eat it on the balcony still-hot. What else could you want? I'll be back.

The receptionist was nice, but the motel was not. The doors knobs need immediate repair, the bed was small--less than a full side, the air-conditioner only goes to 62 degree-felt like a $2 dollar fan, the pool wall needs a paint job. In orher words, I felt like I was in the getto with a live waterbug protrolling the inside. I had to kill it. You could better. Tge customers deserve it.
