Charming and spacious three-bed, three-bath brand new house in The Villages

Enjoy your stay in one of America's most vibrant communities, The Villages, at this stylish and modern three-bedroom home, located in The Village of Well Point. This newly built house is the perfect home away from home, with everything you'll need to relax and unwind after a busy day of adventure in Central Florida!
Up to eight guests will be able to sleep in comfort, with a king-size bed in the master bedroom, a queen-size bed in the second bedroom and a set of twin beds in the third bedroom, along with a sleeper sofa in the living room.
The home has four TVs — one in the living room and three in each bedroom — with internet connectivity, including access to Netflix and Hulu. The dwelling is also stacked with new appliances, including a pellet grill located on the back patio, where you and your guests can relax in the screened lanai.
We also have a gas-operated golf cart and two bikes at the property, which guests can use at their pleasure.
With the purchase of a temporary Resident ID, you and your guests can enjoy the mind-blowing number of recreational opportunities The Villages offers, including nearly 50 famed golf courses. The home is just a short jaunt down the road from the Well Point Rec Center, where there is a family pool, courts for tennis and pickle ball and more activities. And you're just a short car — or golf cart — ride away from the community's lively town centers, home to a plethora of shops, restaurants and nightly live entertainment.
The Villages is the perfect launching grounds for your vacation, located near popular tourist destinations such as Disney World and Daytona Beach.

Vacation with family

Mr Bogart was a wonderful host. He answered all of our questions in a timely manner and provided detailed information about the rental. His house was very clean, organized and all around wonderful place to stay. My wife and I used this rental property as a benchmark while looking for our own house to buy in the villages. When in need, I would definitely look to renting his property again in the near future.

The house is in a perfect location for exploring the Villages and also areas just outside of the Villages. The host was very responsive when we had a small issue which was resolved quickly.

High School Friends for 50 Years

Family reunited

My wife and I had our 2 grown daughters meet us here. This house is perfect for a family or even 2 couples. Robert’s house had everything we needed for our stay. The location is ideal to get to Brownwood and Lake Sumpter, as well as beyond when using the best golf cart we have had the opportunity to use. The back lanai was ideal to get out of the sun and relax. We will most definitely try and rent this house again when coming to visit our daughters

Great house!

We stayed in this cute home for a softball tournament in Leesburg. The home was beautiful and comfortable. The host responds quick and even shipped us a uniform that one of the girls left. I would highly recommend this home.

Home is do cleannn. Used house as overfill for family reunion as I live two Miles away. Daughter wanted to move in to this home full time n not leave. Great host communication. Highly recommend! !

My family loved the house and The Villages. The house was clean, bright and well equipped in the kitchen. Comfy beds, couch and patio furniture. We enjoyed the safe upscale community of The Villages. As a family we did day trips to Orlando and Daytona since the house is centrally located. Absolutely recommend this house to anyone looking for a well equipped modern home in a great location.

Amazing Home don't pass it up!

Our stay was for 1 week to visit with my Parents that live in the Villages and get some much-needed sun at the end of a long winter. This House was perfect, the pictures don't really do it justice. This wonderful house is new clean and fresh with plenty of everything you will need during your stay. The use of a golf cart was an extra bonus in the past we have had to find a rental which can be difficult dealing with the logistics of pick up and return. A stay in the Villages without a golf cart just does not give you the full experience. Check in and out was super easy with Robert. If you are considering this house STOP looking and book it. You will not have any regrets! This property is in a new Village that is still being developed so there is not a crazy amount of traffic yet. It is mostly construction traffic during the day however noting that will bother you. The amenity's in the area are very nice I highly recommend the putting course at Sawgrass Square about a 10-minute cart ride away just take your own putter and ball. The nightly entertainment at Sawgrass was very popular as well. If you have kids, the family pool at the Aviary recreation center is about 5 min by car or a fun 15 min ride by golf cart. Laura & Chad

Needed soap and more lights and end tables in bedrooms. Had to use a chair. Kitchen stocked well. No cocktail table in living room Loved the outdoor sitting areas. Nice neighborhood

A beautiful home to make away from home perfect!

This newer 3 bedroom, 2 bath home made our first stay at The Villages a dream vacation! We loved the home, with its screened in lanai, which was perfect for early morning coffee or afternoon rest, In a quiet neighborhood. This home had new modern furnishings and included a kitchen with everything needed for fixing meals and entertaining friends. Shopping was just 2-3 miles down the road and use of the golf cart was the "cherry on the top" as far as my husband was concerned. Would LOVE to stay in this home again and definitely recommend it!!
