This 2015 home was completely renovated with upgraded finishes in 2024 including ceramictile floors throughout, quartz countertops, new furniture, new front loading washer and dryer on pedestals, new stainless appliances, bbq grill and new paint throughout. Located in the center of The Villages, it offers access to 10 executive and 4 championship golf courses within 3 miles. A gas golf cart is included with the property, as well as access to several pools and recreation centers. Three town squares with nightly live music are accessible by golf cart. Walmart and Publix are a 5 minute drive, pool is in walking distance, and several restaurants and country clubs within 4 miles.

My husband and 2 sons stayed in this home for Christmas… The house was very clean, owners were extremely helpful and friendly, peaceful neighborhood and well stocked. I will absolutely be renting from them again!
