This beautiful 4 bedroom, 3.5 bath, two-story, PET FRIENDLY home is a short distance from the Beach and Boardwalk. Please note: Dogs are limited to a size of 30lbs or under only. Enter the unit to a sitting room with stairs that lead to the all bedrooms or a hallway that leads to a large open great room with kitchen, living room and dining Dining area. Kitchen with stainless steel appliance, 42 inch cabinets and Marble counter tops. Hardwood floor throughout the living area and a fireplace. There is access to the rear yard with patio and gas grille. The second floor has a large master bedroom with walk in closet and private deck. The Attached back has dual sinks and a large walk-in tile shower. Going to the rear of the property you will find a Laundry room with washer/dryer and utility sink. A hall bathroom with shower and tub to service the other two bedrooms. The second suite is to the rear of the property and has another nice tile shower. Both suites have king size beds. The other two rooms have queen beds. There are TV's in both Suites and the living area. Wi-Fi is also included.

The Powers Group is a Full-Service Vacation Rental Company that handles the rental of properties throughout Cape May County! Booking your Vacation rental through us can help ease the process of booking Summer reservations and save you money. All of our reservations have an amenities package included in the cost of stay. This includes bedsheets for all beds, towels (bath towels, hand towels, and washcloths), toilet paper for each bathroom, and paper towels. Tenants will need to bring Extra Pillows and Blankets, Additional Personal Toiletries, Groceries, Paper Products, Beach Equipment, and Beach Towels. Throw Pillows and Bedspreads are provided. Additional Linen and Beach Equipment Rentals are available through Beach Home Cleanings, LLC

VRBO is a property advertising website only. All final decisions regarding reservations are at the owners sole discretion. Once a reservation is confirmed on our end, your actual payment is taken, reservation confirmation sent, and lease is generated. Once the lease is signed by both the property owner and tenant, then your reservation is final.

The Powers Group Vacation Rentals Cancellation Policy: Any payments put towards a reservation total are refundable, minus fees, once the dates have rebooked at the original rate.

Couldn’t Be Better!

We couldn’t have been happier with this property! It is maintained meticulously, had everything we needed and then some, and was in the perfect location. The bedrooms are ample, as well as the bathrooms, the balcony was great for quiet evening time, outdoor space great for kids and dogs. Property management very responsive and timely. Just a wonderful experience!

Reviewer Comments: Our rental experience was simple and stress free even during these stressful times. hen When we had an issue with the access code - our call was returned immediately and problem resolved in minutes. The house itself was perfect for us - 6 adults 4 children and a small dog. It was spotless and had all we needed. The fenced in yard was perfect!My only comment is that parking is only available for two cars and that is if there is garage access. Although parking is free in the area, if we had to use our third car it would have meant driving around for a bit to find a spot somewhere a few blocks away. Luckily, we did not need to do that.

My family and I had an incredible time. The house was extremely spacious. The owners were available anytime we had a question. Quick walk to boardwalk. Gas grill hooked up to natural gas, was fabulous. It was perfect for our dogs. The accommodations of linens and towels was wonderful. We are planning on rebooking. Recommend for anyone going with a family!!!😊

July 4th

House needs a good cleaning. When we arrived we were waiting in our cars until the 4pm check-in and saw the cleaning crew arrive and leave in 20 minutes. Pretty fast for a 4 bedroom 3.5 bathroom house. Needless to say it was not clean. Could use some new couches as there was no cushioning left in any of them. Need to get rid of rugs as they are falling apart.

Reviewer Comments: Overall the stay was very nice, the house roomy enough and the location is super (two blocks to the beach).Two items of interest to consider:1) I think it's time to replace the living area chairs, not too comfortable.2) I believe a Powers agent with phone number should be available when tenants arrive in the event of an issue. For me, I couldn't get the lockbox open to retrieve the keys and luckily I found a number that had a real person on the other end.

It's clean and well maintained inside and out. Has an open floor plan which makes for a great space to cook/hang out, etc. The fenced in back yard is also a great space to grill and chill. The location is close to beach and the boardwalk, but not so close that you're part of the hustle and bustle. We tend to cook our meals at the house, but it's close to several restaurants, including a great ice cream place called Duffers. The management company is pleasant to deal with and very organized. Overall a great beach house rental when you want the comforts of home while you're away.

Spacious, Clean & Beautiful

This house was perfect for our family with two king size suites with spacious bathrooms. A third bathroom to accommodate the other two bedrooms on the second floor. There was never a wait to get into the shower. Laundry room on the second floor and a great kitchen for cooking meals while still being able to be part of the gathering because of its open floor plan. The private backyard was so clean with a grill, table and an outdoor shower to rinse the sand away after the beach. It was truly a great vacation!!! Thank you for allowing us to use your house and bring our entire family including our small dog. Our family had a blast!!
