Es ist eine schöne Wohnung für eine Familie mit erwachsenen Kindern und Partnern. Die Schlafzimmer sind geräumig, die Betten sind gut und es gibt zwei Badezimmer. Sehr schön war auch die private Infrarotkabine im Badezimmer! Es gibt auch einen Gemeinschaftsraum für die gesamte Skiausrüstung, einschließlich Schuhwärmer. Und es gibt eine gemeinschaftliche Heißluftsauna. Auch die Lage ist super! In der Nähe des Skibusses und der Gondelbahn in Niederau. Was kann verbessert werden: - Die Küche funktionierte nicht optimal. Sowohl der Herd als auch der Ofen funktionierten nicht richtig. Als wir damit zur Rezeption gingen, wurde uns gesagt, dass sie sich dessen bewusst seien und dass wir eine andere Position einnehmen müssten. Schade, dass dies nicht vorab behoben oder angezeigt wird. Dadurch ging 1 Abendessen fast verloren. Außerdem gab es auch keine Untersetzer zum Abstellen von Pfannen auf dem Tisch und die Messer waren sehr stumpf. - Sie erhalten für die gesamte Woche nur 1 Satz Handtücher. Als wir nach sauberen Handtüchern fragten, wurde dies als sehr kompliziert empfunden und uns wurde gesagt, dass wir selbst zusätzliche Handtücher hätten mitbringen sollen. Nachdem wir gefragt hatten, ob wir sie anders bezahlen könnten, bekamen wir zwar saubere Handtücher, aber das war nicht der Fall. - Die Wohnungen sind ziemlich laut. Sie können die Menschen im Flur der Anlage hören, als wären sie in Ihrer Wohnung. Und wir hatten Pech, dass zwei der Schlafzimmer auf der Rückseite lagen, wo ein Nachbar Enten hält, die jeden Morgen um 6:00 Uhr lautstark zu schnattern begannen. - Schließlich hätte der Esstisch für 6 Personen etwas größer sein können und ein schönes Lounge-Sofa wäre auch nicht fehl am Platz gewesen. Der Boden ist etwas abgenutzt und die Musikanlage und der Fernseher sind veraltet (z. B. keine Möglichkeit zum Streamen) . Allerdings sind das Dinge, die das Ganze hätten vervollständigen können, aber keine Notwendigkeit sind.

Es ist eine schöne Wohnung. Sehr sauber, sehr komplett. Wir haben eine Wohnung im zweiten Stock mit einer fantastischen Aussicht.

Wir hatten das Appartement im Souterrain, praktisch war der eigene Eingang und die gleiche Ebene mit Sauna und Skikeller, allerdings gab es die üblichen Schwarzschimmelprobleme im Bad in den Duschkabinen was den Wohlfühlfaktor schmälerte. Infarktkabine super für zwei normal große Personen, Sauna stand zu bekannten Zeiten zur Verfügung, Billard und Co allerdings nur gegen Bezahlung. Die Kommunikation vor Ort war gut, Brötchenservice wurde angeboten.

Eine sehr schöne Anlage mit zuvorkommendem Personal. Wir hatten für 5 Personen 3 Schlafzimmer und 3 Bäder mitt Dusche oder Badewanne. Eine Infrarotkabine, die wir jeden Tag genossen haben. Im Keller Sauna und noch eine Infrarotkabine. In der Wohnung war alles vorhanden, was man braucht. Ein Brötchenservice kann man in Anspruch nehmen, oder zu Fuß zum Supermarkt laufen. Ist ganz nah. Die Lage ist super zum Wandern, Gondelbahn ist quasi gegenüber, viele andere Wanderstrecken vor der Tür.
