"Location: 5/5 perfect location, close to Train station, quite, beautiful view of the mountains, and supermarket. The hotel is surrounded by a field and mountain and little house. You will get a more authentic Switzerland experience here as opposed to Interlaken. A convenient location if you plan to travel to Interlaken, Grindelwald and Lauterbrunnen. Service: 5/5 the hotel staff here is wonderful, always smiling and very helpful. We met all 3 of the front desk staff and all were lovely and wonderful people. Room: 5/5 have the most beautiful view of the mountains, truly was breathtaking. Room is always clean, bed was very comfortable. Love it here. Overall: 5/5 highly recommend this hotel to anyone who visit Switzerland. This hotel was the best hotel we stayed at during our Switzerland trip. Wish we book more days here. And they have free bike rental, free umbrella, free bus pass for Interlaken and a restaurant located on the ground floor. Bonus they also have a pack of little sheep that comes to eat the grass beside the hotel everyday. "
