"i was staying here for work at the houston rodeo like i have been for the past 2 years the hotel was ready when i arrived i always recommend first floor it’s easy access the wifi is not the best but will work the kitchen amenities were good everything worked it was easy to use the washer and dryer since they have a app for it the weight rooom is not big but will do the job i never had security issues 🙏 i would definitely recommend this hotel especially if your staying long term "

"Nrg close, no shuttle. Pool not available to use. Weed smell as soon as you walk in lobby and exit the elevator. The room had prior people clothes and towels still in it. Disnwasher not close. Lamp was hanging by wire so scared to use. Ac in bedroom horrible. Fold out sofa not close so couch and sleeper sofa not able to use as well. Pictures very misconceiving. One maid was very nice. Complained to front desk. Nothing happened. Horrible experience for what i paid. Will not use service again."

"Elevators don’t work you pay for parking but with the rodeo there was always a hard time finding a parking spot … Breakfast was ok… hotel definitely needs a lot of upgrades "

"There is no small ice box in the room they give you literally 2 sheets to sleep with so you have to turn ac way up or freeze so cant be comfortable.The bath tub wouldn't plug so had to cover it with a towel to take a bath. Staff was friendly but I had asked for 2 rooms both not wheelchair rooms so they had baths and made reservations almost a week before and they gave one of our rooms away leaving us way away from each other and one in a room with a shower and smelling the smoke from the room beside us all night and none of us smoke."
