"The area looked ok. The parking lot seemed safe and well lit. There's only one way in/out of the lot which keeps people from wandering around the parking lot off the street. The staff was friendly and helpful. The A/C was really cold and the room was clean. There is no breakfast or coffee in the lobby (as stated in the Hotels.com website) but that didn't matter to me. All in all Iwould definitely stay again. It's a short drive to NRG area as well. The room was really spacious and included a small sofa and coffee table. Great stay and i recommend it. "

"The outside could really use a remodel. The screen doors that are framed on the inside and open on the outside are unappealing. My door did not work properly which was a safety risk and the staff honestly could have slowed down at introduction. Check-in was fast but almost too fast. Other than that room smelled great beds was clean and it was close enough to the rodeo for us to walk"

"I had paid to enter early for work reasons and they charged me an extra $10. When I arrived, there was a guy drinking and smoking who said he didn't know anything. He gave me the owner's contact because the contact information on the app was wrong, and even then, nobody answered or replied to my message. I don't recommend it, and the place is very strange. The owner didn't respond to confirm anything when I asked for information, so I believe it's a robot when you talk to the place. I had to pay more and go somewhere else. It's a disgrace! I want my money back."

"THIS HOTEL IS TRASH!!! There are people living there which creates a whole different atmosphere. We walked into a room that spells like old cigarettes and URINE! I DROVE TO THE GAS STATION TO GET LYSOL AND FEBREZE AND THAT DID NOT HELP! I WANT A REFUND! My clothes went straight into the laundry when i got home because the smelled like that awful stinky room!! "We had a nice, quiet stay. The bed was squeaky but it slept well, very comfortable. We upgraded to the jacuzzi room & it was well worth it! We’ll be back. Definitely an expensive, good choice close to the NRG event center. "
